2. Brief details of the event highlights: A special session based on case discussion focused on Management Lessons from Kesari movie was organized for MBA 1st semester students on 24th July, 2019. This interactive session provided insight into the role of movies to learn management with specific reference to lessons from movies like Kesari and Padman.
From the movie Kesari, the concept of leadership, motivation, strategy formulation and effectiveness of communication discussed with students. The importance of concepts of creativity and innovation in the success of a start-up was discussed with the movie Padman.
3. The response of the audience: The students were amazed by a unique case discussion based on movies.
