Brief details of the event: Chandigarh Business School of Administration conducted an interactive online session for students and faculties on “To Be a Marketeer or Not” on 7th June 2021. The session involved informative insights from the expert on the requisites of being a Marketer. The session widely justified the quote by Philip Kotler; that ‘Marketing takes a day to learn, unfortunately a lifetime to master’. He emphasized various aspects of marketing and also touched some key areas of Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing. He also briefed our students about the reality of the business world with instances from his own experiences. This session created a positive imprint among the students about team management, marketing strategy development, and the marketing job profiles. At the end of the session, Mr Kishore answered all the queries of students, leaving behind a positive remark in their minds.
Response of the audience: The students learned insights of being a marketer. The session provided insights regarding the global changing scenario in the competitive world. The students were made aware of the kind of job roles and description that the industry might offer them as a fresher.
