  1. Students visited Swaraj Mazda’s production unit, HR Deptt., Marketing Deptt, Finance Deptt.
  2. Students analyzed the strength and weakness of Swaraj Mazda.
  3. Students explored the opportunities and threats to Swaraj mazda.
  4. Due to market recession they decreased their production from 50 to 35 trucks per day.
  5. Students analyzed the HR policies & strategies.
  6. Students analyzed the wage structure of the workers.   
  7. The profit & cost to the company was also analyzed by the students.
  8. The students were divided into three groups & each group was guided by one Engineer & were apprised about the whole process of manufacturer.
  9. The students will present the report for their research and finding along with their recommendation for the company.

It was a fun as well as a learning visit for the students.
