The HR Department at CBS works round the clock for summer training and final placement of its students. The department is headed by a well-qualified and experienced training and placement officer. The department has been provided with all the necessary infrastructure to enable it to perform its functions effectively. The department looks after related activities like placements, industrial visits and seminars by corporate professionals. All this has been done to ensure proper Industry-Institute interface which is of paramount importance for the kind of professional courses being offered by us.

Industrial visits by students, guest lectures by eminent persons from the corporate sector, seminar and conference organized by the Institute provide an excellent platform for networking and results into desirable placement of the students.

Companies from all the major sectors have been visiting our campus to participate in the placements process to recruit from the CBS talent pool.

Placement Procedure

The Institute invites selected companies to the campus for placements. Students visit the companies for delivering placement talks and presentations. Companies express their interest in visiting the campus for placement. The company conducts preplacement presentation and discussions with the students on campus, broadly covering the company profile, the nature of the job, the career growth plan, the selection procedure and emoluments offered. Companies may register with us through the placement form enclosed along with the placement brochure or registration can as well be done online through our Website. The resumes of the interested students are sent to the company, on request. The date for final recruitment is scheduled based on mutual understanding Between the Institute and the recruiting company.
The recruitment is held as per the scheduled date.
