Brief event highlights: The symposium was conducted in two phases. In the first phase, a discussion took place amongst a panel of best HR practitioners from the industry.

They all propelled upon various trends, analytics, critical thinking and decision-making skills in the field of talent management and contrasted the same pre and post-pandemic. They spoke about various practices that have seen a paradigm shift in the field of HR.
Learning for the students: The symposium not only let students interact and learn from the best HR Tycoons in industry but also provided them with a platform to showcase their skills and learn about different trends and practices in Human Resource Management.
